The Paleo Diet, the world’s healthiest diet, is based upon the fundamental concept that the optimal diet is the one to which we are genetically adapted. The therapeutic effect of The Paleo Diet is supported by both randomized controlled human trials and real-life success stories.
By far one of the most effective exercises to burn calories. If you don’t have enough time, patience or equipment, just get on the floor with simple push-ups and squats. Push-ups and squats require only 15 minutes of your time and the results will make it look like you have been spending some serious time sweating the gym. Both are fantastic exercises to burn fat, tone arms and legs in no time.

Did you know that bread and rolls are the No. 1 source of salt in the American diet, accounting for more than twice as much sodium as salty junk food like potato chips? That’s why it’s so important to look for low-sodium varieties of bread (a good brand is Food for Life).
