I have tried countless times to do the Paleo diet and I continue to fail. I blame this on the fact that I fail to do the first step which is to clean out the old and bring in the Paleo foods. After suffering with gastronomical issues I realize that this is probably the best diet out there in terms of digestive distress. Also, with my blood type being O they suggest limiting carbs, but it’s just so hard! Not counting calories while on a “diet is not easy to say the least for me which could be another reason why I find it so hard!

This all looks super delish! However, can anyone advise me on how easy this is to keep up whilst working full time? And how expensive? I love this kind of food, and think it really helps when you mix that with regular workouts. However I work 12 hour shifts. On my 4 days off, I can prep and be super motivated! But when I am on shift, sometimes I just don’t have the time, or the money! Help!

@einstein – Among paleo dieters, there are a lot of women that claim it the paleo diet is ineffective or causes weight gain. I suspect is because they might be making it look, taste, and feel too much like the standard american diet. Look at online forums and how many complaints there are from people seeking help. It does not look like a small percentage of people.

Hey i came across ur whole lose 20lbs in 30 days and of-course i wus intrigued. N e ways since april of last year i started working out and went from weighing 217 to now weighing 145 , by now im obsessed with fitness and nutrition . I simply went primal the day I received Mark Sisson’s book, The Primal Blueprint. At first I had a lot of fruit and nuts to help with the transition and when I eventually plateaued I tweaked my diet and ate less of those things. It took almost three years to get to where I am now. I just put one foot in front of the other and didn’t look back.
