Ignorance simply means, lack of knowledge or information. Society sometimes changes the assumed definition of a word. I consider myself an intelligent person, with education in nutrition and food science, but I was ignorant to paleo before I learned about it. And there’s still more TO learn. So yes, ignorant is a fair assessment.
The other aspect is finding quality ingredients. I have many stores around me but there is only this one small Spanish store in low rent district which sells good hamburg. The reason it is good is because they grind it up frozen. The quality of the meat everywhere else tastes like crap. It’s learning these little things. I also have found out that not all rice is created equal. A basmati kind I buy is only sold at a chinese store. Good quality ingredients raise the quality of the meal. You have to experiment and try things.

I am curious of the work out options on here. I’m a female and I like my weight but I need to lean up quickly( 7 weeks). I need to replace about 15 pines of fat to 5 pounds of muscle, I am religiously doing the diet, started last week, but it doesn’t say how much cardio/strength training needs to be done.
