After 24 years of competing in rodeo and 40 + years of being a cowboy, I have racked up an extensive collection of x-rays and the typical getting older aches, pains and old man issues in health. A few years ago a friend got me into the paleo way of eating, I lost 5 pounds the first month. After a year, I was down from 250 to 200 pounds.
