The “Ultimate Paleo Weight Loss Plan” I just outlined might seem super complex to you if you are new to paleo! There are so many things to remember! But it just seems that way on the surface. Focusing on fresh fruit and vegetables, wild-caught and grass-fed animal products, and healthy fats like olive and coconut oil will take you a long way towards greater health and weight loss.
Kale Chips – Kale chips are the answer to any snack woes you’ve been having on Paleo. Who needs potato chips? These have all the crunch you’d expect from a potato chip, while also providing you with Vitamins A and C as well as minerals and plenty of fiber. You won’t get that from a bag of commercial potato chips.
When starting to practice Yoga take it slow and easy. Don’t force your body into the different postures all at once. If you do more than your body says it can do, you could hurt yourself. Like any exercise program, you need to go slow and stick with it. You might not notice a difference in your weight straight away but hang in there, it will happen.
I tried to get pregnant for almost 10 years. It wasn’t until they finally referred me to a fertility specialist that anyone considered testing to see if my fallopian tubes were viable. Which they were not. Before I saw the fertility specialist, they tried to get me to ovulate by using Metformin. When that didn’t work, they tried Clomid. The Clomid made me so hormonal that my husband and I almost got divorced. Oh, it made me ovulate, but since no one had checked to see if my fallopian tubes were clear, it was fucking useless. The doctors instantly turned to pharmaceuticals to try and get me pregnant instead of looking at why I wasn’t getting pregnant. Thankfully, Dr. Zeringue at the Davis Fertility Clinic in Davis, California knows what he’s doing. Since my tubes were 100% filled with scar tissue, IVF was my only option. It worked the first time.
Frankly, I think the paleo diet is simply too heavy in sugar. Honey, syrup, and agave, which so many paleo recipes seem laden with, are simply sugar in a different form. Your body reacts to them in about the same way as it would have you had a spoonful of the white stuff. My point: not losing weight? Dump the sugars and the simple carbs. One could say not everyone is the same in this regard, but I don’t really think so.

There is a supplement that works to prevent heart attacks and strokes. It is called nattokinase. I have chronic blood coagulation problem. I developed peripheral artery disease over 10 years ago and could barely walk. I walk and move fine. It works and has no side effects.
I wish you luck with your goals, don’t give up! Even if you don’t change the scale there are so many beneficial things going on inside your body that will make you HEALTHIER, which is more important that a number on a scale.
Simply try to eat 5 different types of vegetables every day. And 2 different fruits every day (don’t worry about what Tim says about fruit. You’re 14, you’re still growing. Fruit has vitamins and minerals for you. Or just stick to apples and bananas you’re worried).
I go to the gym at 5AM 3 times during the week and then I go on Saturday mornings at 9AM. I often drink a bottle of water during my workout, I will now try to take the ACV before I leave out in the morning and drink a bottle of water like I always do. But now I will extend it by taking it before lunch when I’m at work and before dinner when I get home. I normally don’t eat breakfast, but I will try to grab a fruit or piece of toast with two hard boiled eggs. I hope this works and I start to see results.
