Once you have a little bit of sugar, your body wants more. Now, my diet has disappeared completely and I have turned back to my favourite food: New York bagels, Reese’s Pieces, pizza, ranch dressing, chicken and chips.

Hey there Tim. I stumbled across this and it seems promising. I have 30 days until a much anticipated vacation, and though it has been planned for months my attempts for weight loss have failed. I have printed your rules and plan on getting on the serious boat first thing. However I was wondering about having that combination each time in a meal. Such as the eggs, beans and veggis. I raely eat breakfast and when I do its been a peice of toast or fruit. I am not sure if I can eat all of it. Also are we not allowed fruit!? Thanks in advance.

Hi! I am an avid crossfitter, but since my divorce, my training has been cut in with 2 little ones at home. I put on 20 pounds! Ugh… never thought that would happen. My diet wasn’t great either. This all looks super delish! However, can anyone advise me on how easy this is to keep up whilst working full time? And how expensive? I love this kind of food, and think it really helps when you mix that with regular workouts. However I work 12 hour shifts. On my 4 days off, I can prep and be super motivated! But when I am on shift, sometimes I just don’t have the time, or the money! Help!
