Hubs and I are trying to eat more natural, and so far every dinner for 2015 has been grain-free (or mostly grain-free). I also gained weight on Paleo and I was hungry all the time. I felt miserable and had no energy for my workouts and yoga. As soon as I added grains back in, the symptoms and the weight went away.
