Just want to point out that if this lady really is/was breastfeeding and also already weighs only 125 on this incredibly limited diet, not only is she setting herself up for disappointment with weight loss eating only fruit (and adding sugar?), but she is also setting her baby up to have future health problems. Nursing infants need lots of fats and they only get into the breastmilk from what the mother eats. Just something to think about.

I did this diet when vegetarian. I used Yves ground beef substitute and ground chicken, as well as the veggie beef burgers on beef days..Looked for high protein low carb veggie protein options. And used miso soup for the base instead of beef or chicken broth. And onion soup mix instead of chicken noodle. It does work….

Oh and I know the main problem of this type of diet is price. What I did was live off canned spinach like popeye and other dark leafy greens, eg asparagus. You also eat less quantities because meat and fat is more filling anyway.

My daughter had been after me to follow a Paleo eating style for GI issues. After seeing positive results with her change in her eating style, I gave it a try.
