I have been using the Paleo Lifestyle for last 9 months along with Crossfit and running. In that time I have lost and kept off 40 pounds. One of the biggest keys for me has been meal prep, every Sunday I set aside a few hours to get all my meals ready for the week. Having good food around me has help a lot and keeps me from making bad food decisions during work day.
