I am 14 years old and i weigh 190 pounds. I sometimes walk 3 miles and then sometimes i just stop getting active. I am doing fencing as a school sport though. The big problem I am having is just eating. And just when I finish excercising i would be like ok good job dont eat junk food, then i just let myself go. I also want to know what to eat at school for lunch, a sandwhich pasta or what? Because I would like to keep my diet nice and everything. Could you please help me with what to eat, thank you
I just started a couple of weeks ago to start living a healthier lifestyle and as an added bonus I have already lost a total of 8 lbs so far. Really feeling better and majority of the foods are amazing! I’m not a big fan of kale but I’m adjusting. It does take some time to prepare but it’s all worth it in the end to live a healthier lifestyle.
*Googling:* The GI of my favourite toast is 36 , so I’m happy to stick with that and use it with the verrrry handy breakfast protein recommendation (I’m so not into breakfast cereals – well actually, I’m good with ACTUAL rice or corn breakfast), and go for beans on toast, or tofu-miso-vege soup for brekkie.

You brought up a good point. Economics can make it difficult for people to get healthy. Their geographic location and what’s available around them can have an effect. If people are in survival mode all the time, their mental energy can be weakened. Their are invisible negative psychic forces that effect people also.

Find a support group. Having friends, family members or co-workers supporting you through your weight loss plan may help you continue to lose weight and maintain it long-term. Build a support group to help you stay on track.
If you are bored with your diet or feel there are not many options.. I strongly suggest buying some paleo cook books. You do not have to feel like you are missing out on food. Just make a swap for something that will satisfy you. 🙂

This is my fourth week on Paleo. I lost 11 pounds in the first three weeks and was so excited. I gained back 5 pounds this week. I feel so discouraged. I have to take into account that my period is coming. But 5 pounds! Praying it is water weight. I was so happy with this diet and I do feel so much better. I work out 1 hour a day for 5 days. I have one cheat day but only for a dinner out with my boyfriend. The rest of the day I eat Paleo. I am sticking with the plan and just crossing my fingers that it is just hormonal. This is a long term thing so please let it work because I don’t really feel like I am dieting.

i have definitely have noticed a difference on the paleo diet, the only thing is. i had a brain injury in 2008, @ disabled down my left side, so i cannot exercise, which is extremly frustrating, @ i find it harder, because, iam not burning off any calories, trying to get onto a clinical trail, to improve my condition, so fingers crossed, @ i can get my life back,, i spend hrs @ hrs emailing professors @ universities,…. with science changing @ moving rapid;y, iam sure things will work my way, …. but enjoy your emails kris, keep them coming in,
