A late reply to a wayy old post but from experience I’ve noticed that you really have to have, (at least in my case), been on your diet for at least two weeks. I’ve tried the once per week cheat day and strictly gone right back to business the following six days and found that my weight loss stalled.   1. I did this diet when vegetarian. I used Yves ground beef substitute and ground chicken, as well as the veggie beef burgers on beef days..Looked for high protein low carb veggie protein options. And used miso soup for the base instead of beef or chicken broth. And onion soup mix instead of chicken noodle. It does work….
    Does anyone have a shopping list for all of this? all 14 days worth all in one shopping list. Would rather buy it all in bulk in one single trip and then I can take advantage of any multi-buy offers if needed – I keep seeing list after list of daily plans but no shopping list, I have to go through it all and spend hours to find each ingredient amount into a spreadsheet and add it all together and buy the corresponding pack of each thing to the right size as required – often realising that it will cost me more than £200 a month just for the food and then refuse to do the diet because of the cost, for the unemployed this is way too expensive.
