  1. Great tips! The one thing that has helped me live the paleo lifestyle for the last year is food prep. I set aside a few hours every Sunday to plan, prep and cook all my meals for the week. This along with keeping healthy paleo snacks will me has helped me drop and keep off 40 pounds. Planning and keeping good food around, even in my car has been key.
    Homemade Rice or Quinoa Bowl: 1/2 to 2/3 cup brown rice or quinoa, ½ cup black beans or pinto beans, 1-2 cup of veggies (i.e. spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, string beans), topped with baked chicken, fish or tofu
