I am hungry all the time and want to snack a lot. In order for me to stick with a diet, I need an exact meal by meal plan. It’s hard for me to stick with diets as well, for the fact that I have 4 kids. (exercise is hard because my youngest, 6month old, is very clingy and with back issues I can not work out holding her. Using less and less honey – and the fruit – well, I’m borderline on what would probably be considered “just the right amount” – (what-ever that is), but with the a.m. green drink – the berries and/or peach/banana – in my mind – moderate, just can’t go all green. Thank you for this article. It was very timely for my spouse, who started eating “Paleo” with me a couple of months ago but wasn’t seeing the weight loss he was hoping for. I think he may have taken the “don’t count calories” aspect of ancestral nutrition a bit too far and went crazy eating avocado and tons of nuts. Even nutrient dense foods like that will put the weight on if consumed in excess.
Hi! I wanted to ask you about using agave nectar as sweetener. I drink a lot of yerba mate, but, I can’t drink it without adding any sweet. I replaced sugar with agave nectar a while ago and it works great for me. Can I still use it while I am on your diet??

Yes, it’s been frustrating not losing as quick as I hoped….but I’m always hungry! I might have been eating too much with the nut flours and fruit smoothies….I’ll try to cut those out during the week at least. What is good to eat besides hard boiled eggs when you are hungry and need something quick and filling?
