Yes… I am “eating clean” with Paleo and my nutritionist has me restricted to breads, dairy, pork, legumes and beans (starch makes sugar) (green beans ok), and oranges. I started eating paleo 2 months ago. I lost 17 pounds rather quickly but the last 3 weeks it is lose a little, gain a little. I used to have a horrible diet.
