It turns out I was showing I developed antibodies for eggs and was still being exposed to gluten and dairy somehow. This was eye opening to me. Somehow even though I was not eating gluten, diary, etc… it was still getting in my system. Perhaps due to cross contamination from restaurants? So true… Address your emotional issues without using food! Not judging, I had the same issue. With my program, my nutritionist tells me I can eat as much as I want, just not brown rice during dinner, and potatoes sparingly, eat by 7 or 8, but, the kicker is… I am satisfied like never before!
