Add Raspberries to your fruit day, they are at the top of the list of high fiber fruits. Each cup of raspberries contains about 8 grams of dietary fiber which is more than 1/3 of your total daily need. Raspberries also contain health promoting nutrients including vitamins C and B-complex, manganese, copper, magnesium and iron. The fiber will made you feel full longer.
Just finished your book, and I am happy to say I can endorse and recommend it to anyone in search of robust health. Being relatively lean and muscular, I was especially interested in the sections regarding athletic performance.
I’m in week 2 of this diet, and I’ve had the same experience, too, NK! I lost 3.5lbs the first week, had my cheat day, gained 1.5 lbs, and 5 days later I’ve only lost .5lbs of the post-cheat weight. Help!
@meena – you are starving yourself! Your breast milk is probably fine, but only at your expense, and it cant go on forever. Your body will eat up lean muscle mass and hoard every calorie you consume as body fat. STOP what you are doing immediately and eat a “whole foods diet” of lean meats, good fats, and like Tim Ferris suggests “slow carbs”. DO NOT count calories! Your body will tell you when it’s had enough. If you are hungry EAT. Do exercises at a level you are comfortable with. You can safely lose weight while breast feeding, just not the way you’re doing it. You and your baby will be happier if you FUEL your bodies the right way.
Eat single ingredients (pay attention!!!!!!!). You can eat them at the same meal, just don’t mix them. Example: grass-fed beef, don’t salt it, a PLAIN potato or sweet potato, steamed broccoli. Don’t add fat or sweeteners to your food. ***Your meals should only sound good to you when you are really hungry. If they taste like restaurant appetizers, you are messing it up.***

i’ve been using it for about two and a half months now and i couldn’t be happier with the results. of course you gonna have to make some effort to maintain a strict diet and do alot of exercise, remember nothing falls from the sky, besides exercise is good, and after a few weeks after your body starts to adapt to its new “habits” it all starts to go from a daunting task to a thing that makes you feel good, makes you feel lighter and then you start to see the results which are booster up by this amazing weight loss program, probably the best out there, at least that i’ve tried. i couldn’t believe it myself before i try it. and now after 2 and a half months with alot of dedication i’ve already lost 45 pounds, i’m getting my self-steam back again, gotta keep on going 🙂

Sear, skin side up, a 4-ounce cut of salmon in a hot nonstick skillet and cook until well browned on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook till slightly translucent in center, 1 to 3 minutes.
