I see a lot of your diets here, unfortunately most of you will experience the same problem, once your body gets used to the diet plan you are on, it will stop burning fat, so if you can work out 2 meal plans stretching over 2 weeks each, one that you are on now (consisting of beans ect.) and then a stricter one that you have to also cut the following food out, NO beans, corn, Patatoes, any high sugar fruits (best to eat is watermelons, grapefruits ect, NO bananas, apples, grapes ect).
Drive on the freeway. I know it sounds weird, but I was so anxious before that I couldn’t drive on the freeway without having panic attacks. When I went to PrimalCon, I actually drove down a day early to stay with Orleatha and Chris Smith, an amazing couple I met at PaleoFX. I had had a ride all lined up for the following day, but I decided to leave early and go all the way to LA by myself. As I was merging from one LA freeway to another, singing along to the radio and changing lanes, I realized I was like, “WHAT’S UP, LA?! WOTCHA GOT?! BRING IT ON!!!!” It was incredibly empowering.
Great article! I started the paleo diet a couple months back, in the second month I have lost 3lbs on the second week then on the 4th week gained it all back. Is that true, can someone help me with this… I know that I am not “good paleo diet girl” so what should I do from now on?

nope, paleo is not a given. it is very individual. chicken breast and beef liver wont give you any food reward if you prepare them not to. wild salmon is good but twice a week is more than enough for a different reason. You are digging in the right direction but have a long way to get there. Just don’t stop learning and everything will come to you. I love it! This is what my Mom has always told me to do and is her secret weapon in maintaining a nice physique. She also tries to walk 3 miles every day. But the dancing is a fun way to help with building muscles and burning fat. Have you ever gone to a wedding, danced hard and then woke up sore the next morning? Think about it….

I am allergic to tomatoes, all citrus and numerous other things in your plan. I also do not eat a lot of meat and don’t want to start. Is this diet based on the food items you eat together or is it as long as you eat natural foods w/o the wheat, dairy, sugar ect? I am on a low fixed income so have to limit my grocery bill also. Hey i came across ur whole lose 20lbs in 30 days and of-course i wus intrigued. N e ways since april of last year i started working out and went from weighing 217 to now weighing 145 , by now im obsessed with fitness and nutrition . Well i dont wanna give you my life story:)but the point to all this is the whole saturdays dieters gone wild day seems to good to be true. @RobinH- I’m combining them due to my difficulty in weight loss. Seth Roberts actually says things like he can counter the effects of eating chocolate by taking more oil later. I am not miserable, but I have been pretty darn miserable doing things like JennyCraig in the early 90s when people were dropping with gallbladder attacks. I, at least, had the sense to quit that diet when my hair fell out at an alarming rate.
