Both options are hard to swallow for a craft beer nut like myself, but Guinness is the lesser of both evils to me. Does this pass muster, chemically/nutritionally?

As for the week smoking, just be careful as it works kind of like sugar in your body, creating high blood sugar then a blood sugar crash, hence the munchies. I have also modified the diet somewhat. For example I do not limit myself to the veggies that are recommended above… I eat a salad with oil and vinegar mainly.
